WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery. Please note that this payment method may include a small convenience charge.

DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS?

At the moment, Fashion Thread does not accept online payments through debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. All orders are paid in cash upon delivery.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FACE AN ISSUE WITH CASH ON DELIVERY?

If you face any issue with your COD order (such as payment disputes at the time of delivery), please contact our support team immediately at info@fashionthread.pk or call us with your order number.

I SEE PAYMENTS OR DEDUCTIONS IN MY BANK STATEMENT FROM FASHION THREAD, BUT I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED WITH YOU. WHAT DO I DO?

Since Fashion Thread only accepts Cash on Delivery, we do not process any online transactions. If you see any bank deduction or online transaction in the name of Fashion Thread, please contact your bank immediately, as it did not originate from us.
